When will I get my items?

Your order will be processed within 2-3 days of order being placed. All orders will be shipped via USPS standard shipping. Standard shipping across the US should arrive in 3-6 business days. Standard shipping is included for FREE with all of our orders.

Do you have gift wrap available?

Yes! We have gift wrapping available for an additional cost. Please check the Add Gift Wrap Option during checkout. MACRAME BRACELETS will be placed on backer card and put into a white cardboard box with tissue paper filling.
CLAY BRACELETS come with a FREE white cardboard box with cotton fiber filling. Exterior of box is an elegant textured swirl pattern.
All gift boxes are accessorized with an elastic loop bow. Please see listing pictures for representation of gift boxes. You may add a note to your order and we will write it on a notecard included in the gift box.

Can I get a sticker pack that has all the same design in it?

Yes! If you would like to create your own custom sticker pack please send us a message or add a note to your order. We would love to make a custom pack with your favorite single design or mix and match designs to create a pack as unique as you. 

Can you create me a custom sticker or bracelet?

Yes! Please send us a message with your idea for a design and we will do our best to create something you will love. For all custom orders please allow 2-3 days for your custom design to be created. We will send you a picture of the completed design. Once we get approval from you we will ship it out within 1 day of approval.

Can you make me a different size bracelet?

Yes! If you would like to order a different size please add a note to your order or message us with your wrist size in inches and we will make a custom one for you.
